Since its founding in 2006, Al-Zahraa Development Association has been striving to improve the level of the Palestinian family and invest in human wealth through the diversity of the association’s activities between health, cultural, developmental, educational, recreational and relief activities. Al-Zahraa Development Association is active in the city of Al-Zahraa and Al-Mughraqa region to improve the difficult situation of the population, to alleviate the burdens of harsh life, and to support marginalized groups

The association, through its various activities, is interested in improving, supporting and developing women and children in Al-Mughraqa and Madinat Al-Zahra. Al-Zahraa Development Association includes in its staff a group of pioneering women and initiatives with diverse experiences who make every effort to serve and develop the Palestinian family in Al-Mughraqa area and Madinat Al-Zahraa The association seeks to rehabilitate children and youth. This is done by enhancing life skills, coping mechanisms, and social responsibility, so that they can determine their preferences and not give in to the difficulty of life.

The association contributes to the establishment of cultural, sports and scientific seminars with the relevant authorities and contributes to combating bad customs and traditions and showing the reality of their disadvantages to the individual and society.
